My frozen dump was in C:\Sm4sh\Dumping\dump, so I moved the titledumper program to C:\Sm4sh\Dumping and had the download path be "C:\Sm4sh\Dumping\dump". *If you've tried dumping before and it froze, simply move the titledumper program to the place where you previously dumped the game and specify that the download path in step 6) is the folder where your previous dump was. This takes ages but at least you're done, for now. After a while your titledumper should say it has a connection with the Wii U and start dumping your files.
