MINECRAFT STRONGHOLD INSTALL
Recommend that you should install Just Enough Items (for mods using Forge) or Roughly Enough Items (for mods using Fabric) to view the full recipes included in this mod

Right-click the ender compass to search for the nearest stronghold.Next, the pointer will be frozen when the compass is placed in an item frame. For the features, this new compass will just point the pointer to a stronghold and you just follow.

Instead of that you just need only 4 and 1 compass. By the way, it’s freaking overpowered though as you don’t need to spam throwing tons of Ender Pearl anymore. I’m still wondering, this mod is extremely simple, but it seems to be no one could come up with this. The recipes is very simple, put the compass in the middle and top, bottom, left and right with the Ender Pearl. As this mod provides you guys the new compass which can be used to find your way to a stronghold easily without any pain requirement that you have to follow. This mod has come up with a really awesome idea that will help all of us to save so much time in finding those Ender Pearl, gathering and finding the way to stronghold. Find your way to that ender dragon with time to spare. There should be plenty of guides on them out there to get you started.Ender Compass Mod 1.16.5, 1.15.2 allows you to craft a compass which will help in finding the path to a stronghold. You can always try using another program like Amidst or MC Edit to help you find the Stronghold in your single player worlds. Hopefully it will point to another stronghold. There are a lot of strongholds in any given world now so try traveling a long way away from the suggested stronghold location and trying again. Hopefully the Eyes will start pointing towards one of the other Strongholds and you will find that one. If you've explored the area where the Stronghold Finder tool has suggested to no avail you can try finding one of the others.įor example, if a Stronghold was supposed to be around x: 700, z:: 500 but you couldn't find it, try exploring the area around x: -1000, z:: -1000 and try again with your First throw being in that area. There should be three strongholds in each world, all within 1200 blocks of the origin ( x: 0, z:: 0). If you run into a situation where you can't find a Stronghold where it's supposed to be, check the There is no Stronghold! What should I do? section below. It usually still points to the same general area but it's pretty easy for a stronghold to be lost even if that point only gets shifted 50 to 100 blocks. It's possible that end portals get lost depending on how the world is explored and the sometimes the point the Eyes direct you to gets shifted. Sometimes when a world is created in one version of Minecraft and upgraded at some point to a later version the Eyes of Ender act wierd.Keeping a world through terrain generation updates can also cause similar hopelessness. Seed changes sometimes happen when multiplayer worlds switch servers or an admin makes changes without paying attention and will make finding strongholds with Eyes of Ender a lost cause. There are several conditions that could cause a world to either not have a Stronghold or have Eyes of Ender that point in the wrong direction. Should only take 1-4 extra throws and will get you exactly where you need to be. This is probably the quickest if you have a couple extra Eyes of Ender you can spare to lose. If it flies behind you, walk to where it lands, throw and repeat until it flies into the ground. Repeat until it flies into the ground or until if flies behind you. Follow the Eye of Ender, walk about 25-50 blocks past where it landed then throw it again.

If it flies up and away from you then it generally means the first, or both of your angles are slightly off due to input error or the way Minecraft estimates the stronghold location prior to it actually beinggenerated. If it flies towards the ground and hovers you're in the right spot and can start digging down and looking for the stronghold. Before you dig down, try climbing on top of a tree or building up about 20 blocks above the ground and throwing another Eye of Ender. Depending on several factors this estimation might still be off by up to 100 blocks or so. Now go to the estimated End Portal Location.
